Keeping Hands Busy

last year, I found a pattern for a crocheted stocking ornament
and worked up enough to give away 6 dozen

Almost met that this month too, and might pass by the time the actual day gets here

Will have to get over making stockings soon, even if it is a good way to use up little balls of odd yarns.

Have a few requests for fingerless gloves.

The socks are beautiful especially the first one on the bottom row–that really catches one’s eye. You have a winning project there Diane.

So I’m getting tired of crochet the little stockings.
68 done and out–last one going to the clerk at the credit union.
Have requests for the fingerless gloves– and those take much counting stitches concentration.

Some went to a couple licensed Home daycare younguns, some to a friend for her daughters’ teachers, one for a birthday girl.
I used up a dishpan full of little balls of leftovers yarns. have now put away extras, and the proper hook. the pattern goes back into the notebook

Request for fingerless mitts in BLACK yarn. these old eyes are a-straining. Sitting by a sunny window, and still had to pull out a row again. And then! the kid says too loose– make the other one a couple stitches smaller around the wrist
Will be nice when finished, but last minute is not the way to git ‘er done…
