Friday has come quickly upon me this week. I guess time flies when studying. This means that Stuff Portrait Day is here! and I wanna play. Go over to Kristine’s place at Random and Odd to see what she has. The picture of the feet is just too cute. If you go to the Comments and click on names, there are a whole bunch of people who get in on the show. It’s a fun way to connect with other people.
Requests are to see the bed, dresser drawers, and jammies. Husband has a bit of a privacy thing about our room, but I’m going to say that I was taking pictures of the cat. Oscar jumps up as soon as I straighten out the blankets every morning.
You might note there are several smaller blankets rather than one big one. We argued about blankets for years until youngest son told the parents to each have our own. This isn’t to say that we don’t share or won’t snuggle when needed. Neither one of us wants to give up the nice queen-size Tempurpedic mattress, and there’s not enough space for separate beds.
My dresser is old and heavy. There are supposed to be doors on the front, but they were always hanging open, so Husband took them off ages ago.
Not that my clothes are in them very often. They usually stay on a nearby chair where I can see what’s what.
I meant to take a picture of my nightees when they were hanging all pretty on the clothesline. I remembered just as I was folding the last one. Being a bit lazy, I wasn’t about to hang them all back up again, so here they are.
They are purchased from One Hanes Place
and the reason I am so gaga over them (I own 10) is they are all cotton and a one unit wrap around Tee. NO SEAMS going lengthwise to get between me and the mattress.
You watch, now that I’ve said that, they will be put on the discontinued list. Clothes we love go away too fast.
Here’s hopin’ you have enjoyed the little tour. Oscar is stretching out now that his photo session is over.
